How do I purchase gift certificates
from Loe & Behold?
Gift certificates come in different
denominations of
S$20, S$50 and S$100
Amounts are stated in Singapore Dollars
only.

To
purchase, simply email or call us about your desired gift
certificate(s) denomination and quantity.

We would
need you to fill in purchaser and recipient details if you need
us to deliver it to your recipient.

Once
details are confirmed correct, payment can be made via internet
banking transfer, cheques or made during self-collection by
cash.

An E-mail
based on your request will be sent to you and your recipient!

Clients
can choose to self collect the gift certificates or have them
delivered by post.
Can I purchase any product or service
with the gift certificate(s)?
There are no restrictions to the use of
certificates on any item, product or service provided by Loe &
Behold as long as it is used within the stipulated period - usually
1 year time frame from date of purchase.
What happens if my gift certificate(s)
doesn't cover the full amount?
Gift certificates are accepted as
either full or part-payment of an item of footwear. No change
or store credit will be given on unused balance.
Where a certificate is used towards the
cost of an item, but does not cover the full amount of the product,
the difference can be made up with cash payment.
Are gift certificates transferable?
Yes. The gift certificates are fully
transferable and may be utilized by your family and/or friends
subject to the terms and conditions.
Disclaimer
Lost, stolen or expired gift
certificate(s) cannot be replaced. The validity of the gift
vouchers will not be extended after expiry.
